This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Claims Adjuster based in Markham, ON, with the flexibility to work from home as part of the role. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate decision‑making. Duties include handling property damage and insurance claims, managing claims files, and delivering excellent customer service. This position involves effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and other parties to facilitate efficient claims resolution.

• Experience in Claims Handling, Claims Management, and Insurance Claims
• Knowledge of Insurance and Property Damage processes and policies
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills to assess and resolve claims efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in both in‑office and remote environments
• Proficiency in claims management software, with knowledge of iAdjust being an asset
• Previous experience in the insurance or risk management industry preferred
• Post‑secondary education in insurance, business, or a related field is an advantage
