The Headquarters Claims department is seeking a workers’ compensation litigation specialist to handle and supervise workers’ compensation claims in our Fairfield, OH office.

Starting Salary

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Ready To
  • Supervise workers’ compensation claims for key accounts
  • Supervise coverage/jurisdictional analysis and defense strategies
  • Evaluate workers’ compensation exposure/reserves, including reserves greater than $100,000
  • Work in team environment as part of Workers’ Compensation Claims
  • Provide technical direction and support to Field Claims associates
  • Prepare and present periodic reporting to key accounts
  • Participate in development and delivery of training
  • Involvement in special projects as needed
  • Pursue continuing education to remain current and attain expertise relevant to job duties

You’ve Earned
  • Three or more years of workers’ compensation claim handling experience
  • AIC, CPCU, SCLA or other relevant education
