This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Medan for an Insurance Agent at AIA Indonesia, with the flexibility of occasionally working from home. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their financial and insurance needs, and providing customized solutions. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, explaining insurance products, preparing policies, and ensuring optimal customer service while meeting sales targets.

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products and services
• Ability to navigate Insurance Brokerage processes and basic understanding of Finance concepts
• Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and client engagement
• Proficiency in relationship-building techniques and a goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Sharia-based or unit-linked insurance products is an added advantage
