As we expand into the growing Durham Region, we are excited to establish a new branch in Courtice, ON, and are looking for a motivated Insurance Broker to join us on this journey.

This is a full-timehybridposition, offering the flexibility to work remotely while also being present in our Courtice location to serve the local community. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate their insurance needs and securing the right coverage for their peace of mind.

• Assist clients in identifying and securing appropriate insurance policies for home, automobile, business, and specialty needs.
• Manage and maintain client insurance portfolios, ensuring coverage remains adequate and up to date.
• Provide expert advice on risk assessment, policy evaluation, and insurance options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support client retention and acquisition.
• Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulations to offer comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized client documentation and records.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance brokerage with a strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products.
• Licensed Insurance Broker with a valid
  
  RIBO designation(LLQP is an asset).
• Knowledge of insurance and finance principles, including risk assessment and policy evaluation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records.

• Familiarity with industry software and tools.
