Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid, full-time Insurance Agent role located in Winter Haven, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Agent will assist clients by assessing their insurance needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and providing continuous support throughout the insurance process. Key responsibilities include selling insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, reviewing and updating policies, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and understanding of various Insurance products
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and familiarity with the finance industry
- Strong skills in delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Relevant licenses and certifications in insurance are highly preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Proficiency in computer systems and insurance software is beneficial
