• Lead monthly close process and analytics for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
• Drive quarterly forecasting and 3‑year planning processes in partnership with leadership
• Conduct management reporting and complex analysis to reduce expenses and indemnity costs
• Own and manage the Personal Lines Claims staffing model, providing strategic recommendations
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and organizational efficiency

• Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably in an insurance company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of claims processes and operational expense reporting
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision‑making
• Proficiency with planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud‑based planning and Smartview

• Experience in mentoring employees and supporting employee resource groups
• Willingness to travel for divisional/team meetings and in‑person engagements
• Demonstrated commitment to company culture and values
