This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Kendall, FL, with the opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include selling insurance policies, building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, evaluating clients' insurance needs, and offering tailored coverage options. The role also involves collaborating with various insurance carriers to deliver optimized and value-driven solutions.

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Sales processes
• Proven experience and knowledge in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (office and remote)
• Florida Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
