Salary: At Wawanesa, salary is only one component of a holistic, comprehensive and competitive offering that we provide to our employees. The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $58,000 – $66,000. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply.

Job Overview

The Training and Communications Coordinator – Underwriting Personal Lines plays a key role in shaping how training and information are communicated to our Personal Lines Underwriting teams. The role brings structure, consistency, and creativity to training communications—helping teams stay informed, aligned, and confident in their work.

Job Responsibilities
  • Developing and publishing clear, engaging communications for the Personal Lines underwriting team, including announcements, job aids, and reference materials.
  • Supporting the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand and compliance standards.
  • Ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all underwriting and training communications.
  • Coordinating and scheduling training sessions, including managing invitations, registrations, and attendance tracking.
  • Developing and maintaining a centralized training calendar and communicating upcoming learning opportunities in a timely and engaging way.
  • Monitoring training completion and participation, preparing monthly reports and insights for leadership.
  • Conducting peer reviews of training and communication materials to support quality and consistency.
  • Promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to support continuous learning and development.
  • Contributing to the overall success of training programs by supporting additional initiatives and projects as needed.
