This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Associate Insurance Agent, based in St. Charles, IL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Associate Insurance Agent will build relationships with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions, and provide personalized service. Key responsibilities include generating leads, presenting insurance products, ensuring policy adherence, and maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and support.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Finance and ability to provide financial planning and advisory services
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Active insurance license is preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
