• Manage incoming and outbound call sales opportunities.
• Connect with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction, and build authentic, lasting relationships.
• Resolve any client sales‑related inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal resources.

• 2+ years of individual life insurance sales experience.
• LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good standing.
• Proven ability to self‑manage in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accountability and a sense of urgency.
• Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements.
• Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem‑solve creatively.
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office.

• Computer with at least 4K bench on the CPU 8GB RAM, Windows 10‑11.
• 20 mb download and 10 mb upload bandwidth.
• Hardwire to high‑speed internet.
• Monitor (must have at least two screens).
• USB wired headset.
