About the RoleWe are seeking a licensed and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
This is a fully remote role working with an established book of business, supporting clients through policy service, coverage guidance, and proactive account management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable taking ownership of accounts.
What You’ll Do- Manage a personal lines book of business with a client-first mindset
- Provide coverage guidance and professional recommendations
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and remarkets
- Conduct account reviews and identify coverage gaps
- Support retention efforts through proactive communication
- Collaborate with producers and service team members
- Document activity and maintain accurate file documentation
- Follow established workflows and service standards
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- 3+ years personal lines account management experience
- Strong coverage knowledge (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Experience working within an agency management system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- High level of accountability and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
