Job OverviewWe are hiring Customer Service / Insurance Agents to join our fully remote team. This role is open to candidates based in Houston, TX and nationwide. The position focuses on building client relationships, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing ongoing policy support. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a commitment to client service, and the ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.
- Assist with basic policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary updates.
- Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check.
- Active life insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one (guidance provided; candidates must meet applicable state licensing requirements).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable with technology and basic proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication platforms.
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
