Role overviewThis remote, commission-based role combines consultative sales with ongoing client service. The position is suitable for both licensed agents and candidates new to the industry. The agency provides structured onboarding, licensing support, and ongoing training to support revenue generation, professional growth, and progression into leadership or agency ownership.
Key responsibilities- Consult with prospects and clients to assess life, health, and related financial protection needs.
- Explain insurance and financial product options clearly, ethically, and with a client-centered focus.
- Present and recommend customized solutions, including life and health insurance products.
- Assist clients through application, underwriting, onboarding, policy servicing, and renewals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups, periodic outreach, and service touchpoints.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings in a timely manner.
- Document client interactions and manage workflows using CRM and related systems.
- Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and support teams to meet individual and team objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional interpersonal demeanor.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn service and compliance processes.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple client relationships.
- Reliable internet connection and phone access for remote work.
- Existing life and/or health insurance license(s) preferred; candidates without licenses will be supported through the licensing process.
- Interest in leadership, agency development, and building residual income over time.
