What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Answer 50+ inbound calls daily while delivering world-class customer service
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, claims support, and endorsements
  • Proactively identify retention risks and escalate to sales when appropriate
  • Maintain precise records and documentation in CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)
  • Ability to work from 8:30 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday
  • High standards for personal accountability and follow-through
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to obtain required licenses if not already held
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the insurance industry, particularly with State Farm
  • Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses)
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to contribute positively to team culture and collaboration
