• Interact with clients daily, serving as the lead consultant and primary point of contact
• Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
• Manage the renewal and marketing process for assigned clients
• Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for clients
• Maintain accurate client files and policy records in the agency management system

• P&C Insurance License required upon hire
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple time-sensitive communications and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designation preferred
• Experience using agency management systems, preferably EPIC /Applied
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective presentation abilities
• Customer-focused with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
• Self-confident decision-maker capable of handling varying personalities and situations
