• Prepare and coordinate analyses for insurance rating, supporting individual account pricing and portfolio rate making analyses
• Conduct actuarially sound statistical analysis and document assumptions and methods in an organized manner
• Prepare actuarial findings suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support and follow industry developments
• Provide mentorship and guidance for junior colleagues as needed

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages, such as SQL, R, Python, or Radar
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience in actuarial analysis on Commercial Auto lines insurance
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including the ability to give formal presentations
• In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
