Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative training programs using the latest educational technologies
  • Develop claims process workflows to reduce inefficiencies and enhance productivity
  • Establish quality assurance protocols for training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead the integration of new technologies into claims processes and provide training support
  • Create and maintain correspondence libraries, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in the Group Insurance claims industry
  • 3+ years of experience with Group Insurance claims process management and training program development
  • Experience in training delivery, process improvement, and knowledge management
  • Exceptional knowledge of insurance industry regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable dealing with complexity and ambiguity with the ability to explore multiple solutions
  • Previous experience with FINEOS Claims software platform
