Overview
Job Title: Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance
Must hold an active PA Property & Casualty Insurance License. Training will take place on-site before transitioning into a remote position.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective service to clients, maintaining accurate policy information, and ensuring smooth communication between carriers, clients, brokers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide courteous and timely service to large/complex commercial clients
- Processing new business and renewal policies.
- Handling endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
- Issuing certificates of insurance, binders, and auto .
- Reporting claims to carriers on behalf of insureds.
- Collaborate with underwriters and clients on day-to-day issues.
- Document all client interactions in the Agency Management System accurately and promptly.
- Manage the renewal process in coordination with Producer, clients, and underwriters.
- Attend and participate in trainings and meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships and clear communication among clients, underwriters, and internal teams.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AMS
360 preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and process information effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Commercial Lines experience.
- PA Property & Casualty Insurance License required. CIC and/or CISR designation preferred.
