This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Specialist based in Huntersville, NC, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing insurance claims, collaborating with insurance brokerage teams, providing excellent customer service, and leveraging financial knowledge to assess claims efficiently. The role also includes building strong relationships with clients and partners while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for seamless service delivery.

Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders will be a key aspect of the day-to-day duties.

• Proven experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong background in Finance and financial analysis
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and applications
• BA/BS in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Insurance is preferred
• Experience in commercial asset protection or related industries is a plus
