• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured through various reports
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Conduct follow-ups on unsold internet leads with potential for purchase

• Must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

• Experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry
• Knowledge of market trends and regulations related to insurance
• Prior experience in a remote work environment
