What to Expect

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs while marketing appropriate products and services
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
• Stay current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements

• Must have State Farm experience
• Active Property and Casualty license
• Active Life and Health license
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Dedication to outstanding customer service
• Pride in completing work accurately and on time
• Capability to learn computer functions quickly
