• Assist prospective clients with life and final expense coverage inquiries
• Provide outstanding service and product knowledge to multiple clients throughout the day

• Previous experience in the insurance industry or sales-related roles
• Familiarity with life and final expense insurance products
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
