This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Producer based in Washington, MI, with partial flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing personalized customer service, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling employee benefit plans and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products and policies
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience handling Employee Benefits and related services
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Licensure in insurance sales (property, casualty, life, or health insurance) is preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
