• Manage construction-related general liability claims involving bodily injury and property damage
• Provide proactive communication to customers and business partners regarding claims management
• Review and analyze complex policies, coverage parts, and articulate coverage positions
• Conduct investigations and manage litigation, including planning and budgeting
• Assess liability and damages while managing expenses and financial transactions

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of commercial general liability claim handling experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Active Property & Casualty State Insurance Adjuster license preferred

• Knowledge of Western jurisdiction preferred
• Strong customer service and active listening skills
• Proven time management and organizational abilities
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
