• Strategically lead territory management including pricing, underwriting, and distribution strategy
• Lead a team focused on providing timely and accurate information to anticipate needs
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal lines budgets and meet membership needs
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including internal teams and regulatory bodies
• Support product lifecycle strategy and drive collaboration across functions for competitive products

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience, with 5+ years in personal lines insurance products and pricing
• Demonstrated track record of using data to inspire action
• Strong business knowledge and consultative, results-focused approach
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification
• Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years of experience managing people
• 3+ years of experience leading product management teams or related functions
