Job Description
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to handle Oregon-specific claims in a 100% remote capacity. This role is responsible for managing the full life cycle of workers' compensation claims while ensuring compliance with Oregon statutes, regulations, and best practices.
Salary/Benefits:
- $75,000 to $95,000 annual base salary plus bonus (based on performance)

- Minimum 2-5+ years of Workers' Compensation claims adjusting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Oregon Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
- Oregon Workers' Compensation Adjuster license (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
- Experience handling lost-time claims preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office
