We're recruiting for an experienced Corporate Account Handler to support a team of Account Executives within a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a collaborative office environment.

You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality service to corporate clients while building strong, long-term relationships.

• Providing expert advice on appropriate policies and risk management solutions
• Handling new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
• Liaising and negotiating with clients and underwriters
• Issuing accurate, compliant documentation
• Supporting the Account Executives to deliver outstanding client outcomes
• Assisting with claims handling when required
• Building trusted relationships through exceptional customer service

• Cert CII qualified or equivalent industry experience
• Experience handling Corporate-level commercial insurance business (highly desirable)
• Acturis experience is desirable
• Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and the wider market
• A proven track record of client retention
• Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
• Knowledge of FCA regulations, DPA and compliance standards
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
