This is a full-time role for a Benefits Consultant. The primary responsibilities include offering consulting services to organizations, assisting with benefits administration, educating clients about available employee benefits, and ensuring streamlined enrollment processes. The Benefits Consultant will collaborate with clients to address insurance and benefits needs, as well as provide customer service to employers and employees. This is a hybrid role based in Bloomington, MN, with opportunities for remote work.
