This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Insurance Agent, based in Tucson, AZ, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance recommendations, and assisting with policy selections. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales goals. Collaboration with the team and staying updated on industry trends and products will be essential in this role.

• Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Insurance and Finance concepts
• Strong skills in Customer Service and communication
• Ability to effectively assess client needs and provide customized solutions
• State-appropriate insurance license (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
