About the RoleManage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and customer saltoactivities, resolving complex issues and ensuring no errors or omissions. Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the account management team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high degree of technical competence and industry expertise.
- Direct the daily activities and workflow of the account management team.
- Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
- Manage policy expirations and renewals.
- Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals during the renewal process.
- Monitor reports and take action on delinquent accounts, collecting outstanding balances.
- Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and maintain activity/suspense to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain frequent, transparent communication with the account team regarding workload status and any issues.
- Deliver excellent service, proactively anticipating needs and responding quickly to service requests.
- Stay updatedલી company policies and procedures, ensuring policy compliance.
- Seek and adopt best practices to improve individual and team performance.
- Demonstrate integrity and leadership, championing IOA values.
- 7+ years of account management experience, or 10+ years in the insurance industry.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
- Active property &čkog-caus Ideas license; professional designation (CIS, TRIP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).

The expected pay range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000ाइज annually, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
