We are currently seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support residential claims throughout Portland and the greater Oregon region. This role is ideal for independent adjusters looking for steady assignments and the flexibility of field-based work.

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property damage from wind, water, fire, and other covered losses

• Document damages with detailed photos, measurements, and clear written reports

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files from inspection through submission while meeting reporting timelines

• Licensing: Ability to obtain an Oregon adjuster license

• Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred

• Equipment: Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field tools

• Work Style: Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently

• Responsiveness: Ability to accept and complete assignments promptly
