Commercial Account Handler

Overview

This position would suit an experienced Commercial Account Handler with a background in corporate or commercial insurance, having worked in a Handler/Broker type role previously, looking to join an established, forward thinking insurance broker.

You will be responsible for maintaining a book of business and handling the day to day activities including renewals, mid-term adjustments and handling any client queries. We will rely on you to:

• Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
• Manage all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.

• Previous experience within a similar role within commercial or corporate insurance
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience of the Acturis CRM platform although training will be given.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence to advise and negotiate.
• The ability to build, manage and develop relationships.

This is a remote position with occasional meetings held in our London office.
