• Interact with clients daily, managing relationships and ensuring quality service
• Prepare marketing submissions and applications for new business and renewals
• Analyze coverage gaps and historical data to provide informed recommendations to clients and carriers
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and assist with technical functions
• Maintain proficiency in insurance policies, coverage, and market trends

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license
• More than 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines and the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance underwriting and coverage analysis
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively

• Experience with EPIC or other CRM systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of marketplace trends and best practices in insurance
