• Market, negotiate, and broker new and renewal quotes/opportunities with underwriters
• Collaborate with Account Coordinators/Managers to create proposals and bind coverage
• Engage in a consultative role to explain insurance policies to clients and internal producers
• Develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline of sales opportunities
• Attend industry events to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines with global clients
• P&C Account/Client Management experience with a retail brokerage or independent agency
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• P&C Insurance License required upon hire

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Experience with an agency management system/CRM; fluency with Epic is a plus
• CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designations preferred
