• Full-time hybrid role for a P&C Underwriter based in the London area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
• The Underwriter will analyze and evaluate client information to determine risks and make informed underwriting decisions.
• You will manage broker relationships, provide expert advice and insights, prepare policy documentation, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop and maintain optimized insurance products and services.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess and evaluate risks
• Proficiency in building and managing relationships with brokers and clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
• Attention to detail and knowledge of compliance and regulatory protocols
• Proficiency with underwriting software and data management tools
• Relevant experience in underwriting or a related field; experience in specialty insurance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
