Responsibilities- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Prospect and develop new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Conduct comprehensive, needs-based financial and insurance planning conversations
- Leverage New York Life’s product suite, tools, and support
- Grow and manage your own book of business
- Progress into senior advisor, leadership, or management opportunities over time
- Active Life & Health Insurance license required
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or advisory roles
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented
- Interest in long-term career growth and leadership opportunities
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus
- Performance-based compensation with strong earning potential
- Typical earnings: $75,000–$120,000+
