• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000

• 3-4+ years of proven experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager
• An active Life & Health license
• Demonstrated proficiency with benefits administration software.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing large groups – self-funded accounts.

• Account Servicing: Effectively manage and service a diverse portfolio of primarily small to large group accounts.
• Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
• Enrollment Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with open enrollment initiatives.
• Document Processing: Accurately process endorsements, proposals, and renewals.
• Information Handling: Timely and efficient response to requests for information and documentation.
