Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid position for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, Account Manager, Producer, Customer Service Representative (CSR), or Assistant based in Stuart, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing client insurance needs, explaining policy options, processing insurance documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role also entails working collaboratively with clients and team members to ensure policies are appropriately tailored to meet individual requirements.
Qualifications- Proven abilities in client relationship management and excellent customer service
- Analytical skills to assess insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organization and detail orientation for managing and maintaining records
- Proficiency with insurance-related software applications and digital platforms
- Licensing for Personal Lines and/or Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred
- Knowledge of state-specific insurance regulations (NY, FL, NJ, CT, or GA) is a bonus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting
