- Assist Account Executives with day-to-day account management and broking of personal insurance programs
- Build and solidify relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Support the remarketing of equine, farm, and ranch insurance programs for current clients
- Process changes and endorsements in a timely manner, ensuring high service standards
- Assist with complex claim activity and client billing issues as necessary
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with high-net-worth personal lines insurance
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with complex equine or farm and ranch accounts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience is preferred
- Experience with Nexsure is preferred
- AFIS, CPRIA, CPCU, CIC, or ARM completed or in process is preferred
