Senior Claim Representative​/Consultant - Construction Defect

• Manage medium to high exposure accounts with detailed claim knowledge and resolution strategies
• Provide proactive communication to customers and business partners regarding claims
• Review and analyze complex policies and coverage parts
• Conduct investigations on claims and lawsuits while managing litigation
• Develop assessments on coverage, liability, and damages, providing recommendations to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; J.D. or CRIS designation is a plus
• 3+ years of general liability claim handling experience, with a preference for construction defect claim handling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in analytical and critical thinking skills
• Active Property & Casualty State Insurance Adjuster license preferred

• Experience in handling affirmative/defensive risk transfer
• Strong customer service and active listening skills
• Ability to present evaluations in a roundtable setting
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
