Senior Manager, Risk Management – EG America

This role provides primary support to the Director, Global Risk Management and works closely with an Insurance and Claims Specialist. Key duties include managing the insurance renewal process, overseeing the certificate of insurance program, reviewing vendor contract terms, and assisting with business continuity and enterprise risk initiatives.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the company’s insurance broker(s) and internal personnel to collect and submit underwriting data for all property and casualty lines of business.
- Manage the company’s third‑party certificate of insurance compliance program.
- Work with the Director to create standard insurance terms and conditions for vendor contracts and leases.
- Review and comment on the insurance terms and conditions of vendor contracts and leases.
- Assist Director on claims management and loss control strategies.
- Help prepare parts of the Risk Management Department budget.
- Provide summary reports to Director.
- Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in risk management & insurance, finance, accounting, or business administration. - Preferred Education:
Same as above. - Minimum Experience:
8–12 years in risk management or insurance, working in a corporate risk department, as an insurance broker, or as a consultant handling large accounts. - Preferred Experience:
Same as above. - Licenses/Certifications:
CPCU, ARM or CRM preferred. - Soft Skills/
