The Opportunity: Join The Agent's Office® as a W2 Property & Casualty Agent. This is a remote role for Texas residents that combines the stability of a base salary with the unlimited upside of commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage leads and prospects via phone and digital channels.
- Create custom insurance quotes using our independent carrier network.
- Advise clients on risk management and coverage options.
- Manage renewals and client service requests.
Requirements:
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License.
- 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
- Strong computer skills (CRM, VOIP, Zoom).
- Texas Residency required.
