As a Life Insurance Agent & Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in promoting life insurance products, recruiting new agents, and expanding our team. • Promote and sell life insurance products to clients
• Recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Provide guidance and support to new agents to help them succeed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and recruitment goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities

• Active Life Insurance License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in insurance sales or recruiting is a plus
• Knowledge of different life insurance products and policies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
