Sr. Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist; Remote

• Manage and resolve all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
• Conduct investigations and make coverage determinations for liability injury claims
• Handle various types of claims, including Medical Payments, PIP, and Uninsured Motorists
• Develop negotiation strategies to effectively resolve claims with insureds and claimants
• Communicate case facts and collaborate with supervisors and team members as needed

• 4-5 years of claims experience with at least 3-5 years as a casualty adjuster
• High school diploma (HS/GED) or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
• Must hold an Adjuster's license for applicable states or obtain licenses within 90 days of employment
• Strong ability to manage claims efficiently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

• 5+ years of casualty claims adjuster experience
• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in handling commercial claims
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
