- Manage and resolve all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
- Conduct investigations and make coverage determinations for liability injury claims
- Handle various types of claims, including Medical Payments, PIP, and Uninsured Motorists
- Develop negotiation strategies to effectively resolve claims with insureds and claimants
- Communicate case facts and collaborate with supervisors and team members as needed
- 4-5 years of claims experience with at least 3-5 years as a casualty adjuster
- High school diploma (HS/GED) or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
- Must hold an Adjuster's license for applicable states or obtain licenses within 90 days of employment
- Strong ability to manage claims efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- 5+ years of casualty claims adjuster experience
- BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in handling commercial claims
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to shaping company culture through participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
