- Prioritize tasks and manage desk responsibilities to deliver timely outcomes for customers
- Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
- Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
- Call center experience is valued
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
- Competitive nature with a strong desire to win
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with desk management and multitasking in a high-pressure setting
