Position: REMOTE Licensed Small Commercial Insurance Inside/Inbound Sales Consultant

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound calls from warm leads, pre-qualifying applicants and providing coverage consultation for small business owners
  • Consult on various small business insurance products, including Business Owner's Policy, Workers Compensation, and more
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Prioritize tasks and manage desk responsibilities to deliver timely outcomes for customers
  • Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
  • Call center experience is valued
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
