• Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold
• Generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence for consistent referrals
• Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to clients
• Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications
• Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure compliance with evolving guidelines

• Minimum of 37.5 hours per week commitment
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with results-driven sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in challenging situations
• RIBO License and knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset

• Previous experience in sales or insurance industry preferred
• Active involvement in community or industry-related courses
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and remotely
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
