As a BIG Acton Broker, you will:

• Advise clients and design tailored coverage solutions
• Quote, bind, and manage leads using modern tools
• Handle renewals and build long-term client relationships

• Active RIBO License
• 2+ years of sales experience (any industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation & customer service skills
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently
