• Conduct detailed analysis of claims exposure, recommend settlement strategies and action plans.
• Create reservation of rights, coverage denial letters, negotiate and resolve settlements directly with involved parties.
• Interact extensively with parties in the claims process, recommending outside specialists when appropriate.
• Handle claims consistently with client and corporate policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and supervise lower‑level adjusters.

• Claims background:
  Major Case Commercial Auto BI.
• Jurisdictional experience:
  Open.
• Active adjusters’ licenses: TX, FL (multiple preferred).

• Investigate, evaluate and resolve complex MCU Commercial Auto BI claims, making informed decisions and driving resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities to best serve clients.

• High school diploma.
• 7+ years of related claims experience with a proven track record at senior adjuster level.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of prior experience adjusting claims in applicable specialty area.
• Experience in claims, insurance legal and regulatory environments.
