Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some work from home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and handling the daily needs of clients’ commercial insurance policies. Day-to-day tasks include account management, communication with clients, addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and working closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities for coverage.
The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction while maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise in the insurance field.
- Account Management, Insurance, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with insurance software and online tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus
