Position: Personal Lines Insurance Coverage Account Executive – DC12787
Location: New York

Job Opening:
Personal Lines Insurance Coverage Account Executive

Location: Nassau County, Long Island, NY
Work Schedule: Two days in office, three days work from home

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional insurance counseling and service.
  • Be responsible for the growth of a designated book of business.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image to enhance client experience and foster growth.
  • Market new business and negotiate coverages and premiums.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
  • Maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing programs to help achieve production goals.
  • Contribute to department growth by promoting and maintaining the company brand.
  • Round out existing accounts with additional lines of business.
  • Upgrade existing coverages and advise clients of coverage gaps during every client contact.

    • Ideal Candidate:

    • Minimum of 5 years insurance experience.
    • Thorough understanding of Personal Lines underwriting and coverages, including various account sizes.
    • NYS Insurance Broker’s License is required.
    • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; EPIC experience is a plus.

    Salary: DOE (DC12787)
